At Xentral, we are on a mission to redefine the ERP SaaS category by empowering entrepreneurs and e-commerce vendors to automate their resource planning. As an established tech startup backed by major investors like Sequoia Capital and Visionaries Club, we are scaling rapidly across Europe. We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team and help expand our footprint within the DACH region. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere, supported by a diverse, international team of professionals who value simplicity, power, and accessibility in business software.
Key outcomes
- Own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and pitching to successfully closing new business.
- Act as a subject matter expert on business processes to create tailored outbound sequences that resonate with our prospects.
- Identify strategic opportunities to guide potential customers through the sales process using effective calls to action.
- Leverage professional networks, such as LinkedIn, to build and maintain relationships with our ideal customer profile.
- Represent Xentral at industry events, meetups, and trade fairs to increase our market presence.
- Collaborate closely with our ambitious sales team to refine our market approach and drive growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally within a SaaS context.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to execute effective marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Strong understanding of commerce processes and experience working with platforms like Shopify, Shopware, and WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of various marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Kaufland, and Otto.
- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
- A goal-oriented mindset combined with the ability to balance product expertise with a persuasive and engaging personality.
