The terms and conditions set forth herein ("Agreement") constitute the full and complete Agreement between you ("you" or "your" or "user") and SkillExchange. Your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions ("terms") and our Privacy Policy is expressly acknowledged by any use of the site. The terms contained herein supersede and replace any other Agreement or negotiation between you and SkillExchange whether oral, written or otherwise including any statements made by any representative of SkillExchange at any time.

We, SkillExchange, reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Limitations of Use

By using this website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

These terms permit you to use the site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully revocable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy or "scrape" the system for any data including but not limited to names, addresses or any other information of any other user. If you print, copy, modify, download or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the site in breach of the terms, your right to use the site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title or interest in or to the site or any content on the site is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the SkillExchange. Any use of the site not expressly permitted by these terms is a breach of these terms and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Job Postings

The pricing structure for job postings and additional features designed to enhance the visibility of your posts is subject to change. Pricing adjustments may occur based on factors such as the volume of jobs posted in a given time period. This is to ensure a balanced distribution of featured or "pinned" jobs. Each company is limited to a maximum of two "pinned" job posts at any given time.

Unless otherwise stated, each job post will be live on our platform for a period of 30 days from the time of publishing. All fees paid for job postings and additional features are non-refundable. Your job post will automatically renew for an additional 30-day period at the end of its initial term, unless you take action to prevent this renewal. We will send you an email reminder 7 days before your renewal date. To disable automatic renewal, you must do so through your dashboard prior to the renewal date. The cost for renewing a job post will be the same as the original posting fee for another 30-day period. If you buy a bundle, the discounted single job post price is used to renew.

Advertising

The pricing structure for advertisements is subject to change. These adjustments may be influenced by factors such as the volume of ads posted within a certain period or market trends. This ensures equitable visibility for all ads on our platform. Companies are limited to one advertisement at any given time.

Unless otherwise specified, each advertisement will be displayed on our platform for a duration of 30 days from the time of publishing. All fees incurred for advertisements and any supplementary features are non-refundable. Your ad will automatically renew for another 30-day period at the end of its initial term unless you opt out of this renewal. We will notify you via email 7 days before your ad's renewal date. To cancel automatic renewal, you must do so through your user dashboard before the renewal date. The renewal fee for an ad will be equivalent to the initial fee charged for the same duration.

User-Generated Content

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us for publication on our website. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license from you in order to use it.

When you use our website or its associated services to post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content covered by intellectual property rights, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of your content in a manner that is consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

The license you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account. However, to the extent that we (or our partners) have used your content in connection with commercial or sponsored content, the license will continue until the relevant commercial or post has been discontinued by us.

You give us permission to use your username and other identifying information associated with your account in a manner that is consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, SkillExchange makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

In no event shall SkillExchange or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on this website, even if SkillExchange or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

In the context of this agreement, "consequential loss" includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.

Right to Terminate
