- Develop and scale owned acquisition assets, such as free tools, programmatic content, landing pages, and emerging discovery surfaces.
- Lead a rigorous experimentation program by establishing clear hypotheses, prioritizing tests, and turning successful results into repeatable playbooks.
- Maintain performance visibility by partnering with Data, RevOps, and Sales to ensure accurate funnel reporting, attribution, and revenue modeling.
- Act as the business owner for growth ROI, creating investment cases for leadership and providing clear capital-allocation recommendations.
- Build and mentor a high-output team of employees and contractors, implementing AI-enabled workflows and efficient operational structures.

- Deep technical understanding of both human developers and AI agent discovery patterns.
- Proven track record of managing integrated growth across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels with the judgment to balance these levers effectively.
- Strong command of SaaS funnel analytics, cohort analysis, budget modeling, and executive-level ROI storytelling.
- Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, technical SEO, web experimentation, and marketing automation.
- Ability to operate with an AI-first mindset, using automation to accelerate research and analysis without sacrificing quality.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse departments.
- Must be based on the East Coast.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in developer-facing, API, media technology, or infrastructure-heavy SaaS products.
- Experience scaling free tools, marketplaces, or programmatic content into significant commercial value.
- Experience leading distributed teams, including agencies and specialist contractors.
- Proven success in driving user registrations through online marketing initiatives.

- 100% sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families.
- Company contributions to HSA accounts.
- Matching 401k program.
- Robust vacation and wellness policies.
- Annual professional development stipend.
- Catered lunches or a food stipend.
- Opportunity to work with top-tier talent and cutting-edge technology in a remote-friendly environment.
