House Rx is dedicated to making specialty medications more accessible and affordable for patients managing chronic conditions like cancer and autoimmune disorders. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our remote team and help scale our medically integrated dispensing platform as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Identify key problems that require investment and articulate their business impact to help shape our product roadmap.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, from defining simple solutions and documenting requirements to driving successful launches.
- Dive into the details of both inbound support issues and new product areas to ensure a deep understanding of user needs and data trends.
- Empower design and engineering teams by providing the necessary context to make quick, informed decisions.
- Maintain a relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement while staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Must-haves
- Technical depth that allows you to understand how features are built and push back on scope when necessary.
- AI-native mindset, with a track record of using AI to rethink workflows and boost productivity.
- SQL fluency, including the ability to write and debug your own queries to drive data-informed decisions.
- A self-driven approach to finding problems and forming views without needing constant direction.
- Experience conducting user research with clinicians or operators in high-pressure environments.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and pride in the quality of your output.
- A voracious appetite for learning and a willingness to get involved in operational tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- Domain knowledge in healthcare or pharmacy.
- Experience working within a regulated product environment, such as HIPAA or SOC 2.

The expected base salary for this role is $165,000 to $200,000.
