What you bring
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI, you will play a pivotal role in building our corporate platform and AI-enabled products. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for architecting high-quality user experiences and scalable distributed systems while leveraging your expertise in Python, React, AWS, and TypeScript. Your core responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end development of features and systems for our Corporate Insight Agent, from initial design to final deployment.
- Collaborating directly with product management and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into effective technical solutions.
- Developing and maintaining production AI Agent systems that provide our customers with critical, reliable insights.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least six years of professional software development experience and a proven track record of shipping customer-facing applications. You should possess a strong foundation in full-stack engineering, including experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure. It is essential that you have hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems, including optimizing for reliability and latency. We value candidates who treat AI-assisted coding as a core part of their daily workflow. You should hold a degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field and demonstrate excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for craftsmanship, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are vital characteristics for success in this role.
What we offer
