What you bring

As a Staff Software Engineer focusing on AI, you will play a pivotal role in developing our platform for our Corporate organization. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere in the United States. You will leverage your expertise in Python, React, AWS, TypeScript, and distributed systems to build AI-enabled products that help major brands understand their market positioning. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Owning the end-to-end development of our Corporate Insight Agent features, from initial design to production deployment.
• Collaborating directly with product management and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
• Serving as a technical subject matter expert while utilizing AI-accelerated workflows to improve productivity and code quality.

Requirements

We are seeking a senior-level engineer who possesses deep technical fundamentals and a passion for craftsmanship. You should have at least six years of hands-on experience shipping customer-facing applications and a proven track record of building production-grade AI systems. We value candidates who are stack-flexible and comfortable navigating the entire lifecycle of a product, including APIs, observability, and cloud infrastructure. You must be an excellent communicator capable of explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical partners. A degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related field is required, along with a commitment to staying current with emerging trends in LLMs and agent-based architectures. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
