We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities

• Drive Patient-Centered Development: Prioritize patient outcomes, privacy, and security in every technical decision while building features that directly improve access to care.
• Lead Technical Execution: Shape our architecture and maintain high quality standards by contributing to design discussions, performing thorough code reviews, and implementing reliable, extensible solutions.
• Foster Team Growth: Act as a mentor for fellow engineers, sharing knowledge through clear documentation and providing guidance to help elevate the technical capabilities of the entire team.

Requirements

• You possess at least 36 months of professional experience in software engineering.
• You have a strong command of modern backend frameworks, specifically Python and Flask.
• You are proficient in frontend technologies including React and NextJS.
• You have hands-on experience managing relational databases, with a preference for PostgreSQL.
• You are comfortable working within cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• You are skilled at leveraging AI tools to enhance development workflows and productivity.
