Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Clinic Success Manager to join us on a contractor basis. This is a fully remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will be the primary point of contact for our clinic partners, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed while representing our culture in every interaction.
Your impact
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clinics, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.
- Serve as a bridge between our company and our partners by acting as a patient advocate and training key clinic staff on their roles.
- Analyze coaching efficacy and collaborate across departments to build systems that drive operational efficiency and help us hit our milestones.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in project management and relationship management. Because we work within the medical space, experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred. You should be a clear, outgoing communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for someone who is data-driven, loves hitting targets, and has a genuine interest in holistic health. Proficiency in English is required.
