At Novakid, we are dedicated to transforming how children between the ages of 4 and 12 learn English. We currently support over 100,000 students across more than 50 countries, and we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible education on a global scale. We are looking for someone to help us scale our impact by refining how our families engage with our platform and discover new learning opportunities.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this senior-level position, you will take ownership of our monetization and expansion strategy. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle of our add-ons and upgrades, ensuring that our Parent Area serves as an effective, scalable channel for our users. You will work closely with our Revenue Growth Lead to make data-driven decisions that directly influence our key performance indicators, including total revenue and average revenue per user.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap for the Parent Area, focusing on transforming it into a seamless storefront for course upgrades and add-on services.
- Design and execute a rigorous experimentation program to test new pricing models, bundles, and promotional offers while maintaining high standards for parent satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to build flexible, automated systems that allow us to launch new offers and pricing logic without requiring manual development for every change.
Skills and experience
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on monetization, pricing, or subscription growth within a B2C environment.
- A proven history of successfully launching in-product upsell or cross-sell features that resulted in measurable revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in designing and analyzing experiments, including setting up proper sample sizes and establishing clear guardrails.
- Technical familiarity with subscription billing systems and payment platforms like Stripe.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote team using tools such as Jira and Slack.
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector or working with products designed for both parents and children is considered a significant advantage.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in supporting our team members with flexibility and trust. As part of our commitment to a healthy work-life balance, we provide the following:
- The freedom of fully remote work.
- Unlimited vacation time, as we trust you to manage your responsibilities and deliver results.
- The opportunity to contribute to the future of AI-driven education alongside a dynamic, innovative team.
