About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team in a Full Time capacity. This is a unique, technical role that sits at the intersection of product management, data science, and engineering. You will focus on the quality and accuracy of our AI-driven insights, ensuring that our platform correctly interprets user intent and delivers precise, reliable data. This is an ideal position for a candidate who enjoys deep data analysis and technical problem solving but prefers to focus on product outcomes rather than traditional software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine user prompts using tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and Codex to ensure the platform accurately maps business questions to the underlying semantic layer.
• Validate platform outputs by auditing queries and results against raw source data to certify that our business users receive trustworthy information.
• Collaborate with our engineering and data science teams to enhance our semantic layers, taxonomies, and metadata, which directly improves how our AI understands and represents complex data sets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for data integrity. We value candidates who have experience with SQL and a deep understanding of data analysis. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment where you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs. A background in product-focused technical roles or engineering quality assurance is highly beneficial. You must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and document business logic effectively to ensure our stakeholders understand how our platform functions.
