Staff Product Manager at Goodparty

We provide free, AI-powered tools that help independent candidates launch campaigns, connect with voters, and serve their communities without the need for big donors or political machines. Since 2024, over 13,000 independent candidates have won their races using our platform. Founded by serial entrepreneur Farhad Mohit, we are a Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to making our democracy truly representative of the people it serves.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for someone with at least 8 years of experience in building technology products. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform, working closely with our leadership, design, and engineering teams to turn the audacious goal of independent candidacy into a viable, scalable path for thousands of people.

What will you do?

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating with stakeholders across our product and politics teams.
• Design and implement scalable product solutions that guide users through the entire lifecycle of running for office, from initial exploration to serving in their community.
• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data, including user research and AI-driven insights, to optimize our funnels and drive significant growth in user adoption.

You have a proven track record of taking products from the initial 0 to 1 phase and beyond, and you are comfortable pivoting when the data suggests a better path. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:

• At least 8 years of experience in product management with a history of increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, user research, and product optimization.
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools and prompt engineering to improve product features and personal productivity.
• A baseline understanding of the American political system and a genuine passion for civic tech or democracy reform.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to provide and receive candid, respectful feedback.
• Fluency in English and current residency within the United States.
