What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Organic Growth Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a builder’s position where you will take ownership of the strategy and execution for SEO, AEO, and GEO across our three distinct brands: PeekPro, ACME Ticketing, and Connect&GO. You will be the subject matter expert, defining how our portfolio earns visibility across both traditional search results and AI-generated answers.
What will you do?
- Own the revenue pipeline by building forecasts and reporting on organic-attributed opportunities and closed-won revenue across all three brands.
- Define our multi-brand strategy by creating a portfolio-level keyword and entity map, managing domain consolidation, and setting the roadmap for site architecture and content.
- Lead AEO and GEO initiatives by establishing standards for machine-readable content, optimizing for AI-generated answers, and building a measurement approach for this evolving landscape.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a strategic thinker with 4 to 7 years of experience in SEO or organic growth, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You possess a revenue-first mindset and are comfortable being measured on pipeline rather than just traffic metrics. You have deep technical fluency, allowing you to diagnose site architecture issues and communicate effectively with engineering teams. You are proficient with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio. Most importantly, you thrive in ambiguous environments and are energized by the challenge of unifying organic strategies across multiple brands.
