As a key part of the broader Culligan family, we combine global expertise in water science with a local commitment to service. We are looking for a Director, Product Development to join our team in a remote capacity and help us shape the future of our connected water technology.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the product strategy and long-term roadmap for our Twist product family, ensuring we deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and business goals.
- You will manage the connected-product ecosystem, including firmware requirements, cloud infrastructure, and IoT data strategies, while coordinating effectively with our technical partners and internal stakeholders.
- You will establish robust governance and operating cadences to align cross-functional teams, ensuring that our product development, engineering, and service operations work in harmony to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management and a passion for connected devices. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- More than 10 years of experience in product management, platform development, or IoT, with at least 4 years of leadership experience at the director level.
- Deep expertise in the full product lifecycle, including firmware, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, UX design, and API development.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead through influence within a matrixed organization.
- Strong skills in roadmap planning and fleet management, with a focus on translating business needs into clear, measurable outcomes.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate across our international and North American teams.
