We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our organization focuses on high-impact initiatives, ranging from complex coaching and course launches to large-scale live events with over 2,500 attendees. We need a strategic operator who can bridge the gap between high-level business goals and daily execution. You will be the driving force behind our cross-functional projects, ensuring that our marketing, sales, and product teams stay aligned and on track to meet critical deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Transform broad business objectives into structured project plans by gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining scope, and mapping out complex dependencies.
- Manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, including webinars, sales funnels, digital product launches, and major live events.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle within Asana, ensuring clear communication of timelines, ownership, and milestones across departments like marketing, copywriting, and automation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in senior-level project management, specifically within marketing environments. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows involving marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales funnels.
- Expertise in project planning tools, with a deep proficiency in Asana to maintain visibility and accountability.
- Strong leadership skills, including experience managing a project coordinator and improving existing operational processes.
- A proactive mindset that allows you to anticipate potential risks, hold team members accountable for deliverables, and perform rigorous quality assurance before any launch.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be working closely with leadership and external partners.
