The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our advanced water technology and our customers' unique needs. You will act as a technical expert, guiding our sales teams and clients through complex product implementations. Whether you are assessing a site for a new commercial ice machine or helping a client design a custom water solution, your work will ensure that our products are installed, serviced, and utilized to their full potential. You will report directly to the VP of Sales Engineering and Product Support, playing a key role in our continued growth and innovation.

A day in the life

  • You will translate complex technical specifications into clear value propositions, helping customers understand how our water, ice, and coffee solutions meet their specific environmental and operational requirements.
  • You will collaborate across departments, including supply chain, product management, and service teams, to oversee the end-to-end rollout of large-scale, complex product installations.
  • You will provide ongoing technical guidance, reviewing blueprints and site drawings to ensure every project is perfectly tailored to the client's space and needs.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep technical background and a passion for solving problems. You thrive in environments where you can build relationships and provide high-level support. Your qualifications include:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a technical role related to water filtration, refrigeration, plumbing, or electrical systems.
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects and supporting sales efforts with technical expertise.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • A pragmatic, collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though your hands-on experience and ability to execute are what matter most to us.
