We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us find the exceptional people who will drive our mission forward.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and finalizing offers, ensuring a high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring manager.
- You will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders, providing expert guidance on market trends, interview techniques, and best practices to ensure we are attracting the right talent for our goals.
- You will utilize data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of our current recruitment strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading broader HR projects that support our organizational objectives.
What you'll bring
- You possess significant senior-level experience in high-volume recruiting across a variety of functions and levels.
- You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines.
- You have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to interpret recruitment data to make informed, strategic recommendations.
- You are a skilled communicator who can build lasting relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You have a solid understanding of HR principles and a passion for contributing to wider talent acquisition initiatives.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a remote environment.
