We are now seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in a remote capacity, helping us continue our mission while upholding our core values of innovation, customer focus, and integrity.
Key outcomes
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, to ensure a high-quality experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
- Design and execute creative recruitment strategies tailored to attract top-tier talent across various business functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering expert guidance on market trends, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.
- Partner strategically with business groups to deeply understand their unique hiring needs and long-term organizational goals.
- Utilize data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Take a lead role in broader HR projects, contributing to the evolution of our overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Maintain consistent, transparent communication with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse roles, with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data to drive continuous improvement.
- A solid understanding of HR principles and a passion for contributing to initiatives beyond core recruitment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English.
