The role

We are seeking a Senior Data Product Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position where you will define the direction and output of our data initiatives. You will balance hands-on analytical work with strategic product thinking, serving as the bridge between our business goals and technical execution. Please note that this role is strictly remote within the EMEA region.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the Data team by setting priorities, managing intake, and facilitating team rituals like planning and reviews.
• Perform deep-dive analytics, create dashboards, and build business cases that directly influence our strategic decision-making.
• Partner with our Data Tech Lead to align our infrastructure roadmap with real-world business needs and product goals.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product management, including experience leading or prioritizing work for a team.
• Expert-level SQL skills, allowing you to validate and challenge data independently.
• Proven ability to build reports and dashboards using modern BI tools.
• A strong product mindset with the ability to translate business questions into clear technical specifications.
• Deep understanding of the blockchain and DeFi landscape, specifically regarding cross-chain technology, bridges, or DEX aggregation.
• Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
