The role

We are looking for a Senior Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic and operational role where you will lead the delivery of our early-talent ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing university partnerships, campus hackathons, and our structured internship and graduate conversion programs. If you are a seasoned recruiter who enjoys building repeatable, high-impact programs and connecting with the next generation of talent, we would love to have you on board.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy to connect with students through hackathons, career fairs, and tech communities, while maintaining a predictable annual recruiting calendar.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of internship and graduate programs, including candidate selection, manager enablement, and the implementation of objective conversion assessments.
• Design efficient high-volume workflows within our Applicant Tracking System and utilize data insights to continuously improve candidate experience, diversity metrics, and program retention.

Skills and experience

• Five to seven years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within campus recruiting, university relations, or early-career cohort hiring.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate evaluation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build authentic relationships with both students and senior leadership.
• A strong understanding of the higher education landscape and emerging talent communities.
• Experience in high-growth technology or fintech environments is highly preferred.
