AI-native Product Manager at Shortpoint

What is this role?

We are looking for an AI-native Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position requiring at least two years of experience. You will work remotely from anywhere, supporting our Product Director to ensure our product engine runs smoothly. We need someone who is proactive, technically grounded, and possesses a sharp eye for design to help us maintain our high standards.

What will you do?

• Manage the daily product cadence by leading meetings, grooming the backlog, and ensuring user stories are clear and actionable.
• Take ownership of release communication by tracking progress across engineering and QA teams while keeping stakeholders updated on timelines and potential risks.
• Utilize modern AI tools to create wireframes and mockups, ensuring our product remains polished, intuitive, and ahead of the curve.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in B2B SaaS and a deep understanding of product management workflows. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an AI-first environment and can demonstrate the following:

• Hands-on experience with Linear, GitHub, and AI tools like Claude.
• A solid technical foundation that allows you to discuss APIs, architecture, and web technologies with our engineering team.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React, or experience working within the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint ecosystems.
• A proven ability to create design mockups using AI-assisted tools.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our distributed team.
