About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your deep operational knowledge of the Xentral platform to transform complex process information into clear, accessible documentation. You will act as a bridge between our technical teams and our users, ensuring that our manuals, workflows, and tutorials are precise and easy to navigate.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our documentation suite by updating and evolving our handbooks to ensure they remain accurate and practical for our users.
- Translate your hands-on experience with ERP systems, logistics, and e-commerce into easy-to-understand guides, workflows, and use cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, customer support, and engineering teams to define documentation standards and consistent terminology.
Requirements
- At least two years of operational experience working directly with Xentral in areas such as fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with XML, APIs, CSV, and data mapping.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences through structured, high-quality documentation.
- Excellent command of the German and English languages, both written and spoken.
- A self-driven, organized approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You also have the option to work from our office hubs located in Augsburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, or Lohne.
