The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, helping them identify their health goals and guiding them through our initial consultation process. You do not need prior sales experience to succeed here, as we provide a comprehensive onboarding program to teach you everything you need to know. This is a full-time position that offers a clear path for professional development as our company continues to expand.
A day in the life
- You will engage in telephone outreach to connect with potential new clients and follow up with existing contacts in our system.
- You will conduct initial consultations to analyze the specific needs of our prospects and help them understand how our coaching can support their health journey.
- You will manage the planning, preparation, and follow-up for our strategy consultants to ensure every client interaction is seamless and impactful.
Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a talent for communication and a genuine desire to learn the art of sales. We value candidates who are disciplined, quick to learn, and capable of following established processes with precision. Your German language skills should be excellent, both in speech and writing, and you should possess a pleasant, professional voice that helps you build rapport with others.
