You will be based in a Remote capacity, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism. Your primary focus will be on driving production and managing our portfolio effectively. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and underwriting your renewal book to achieve specific retention targets while providing consistent service throughout the year.
• Meeting new business premium goals and effectively navigating quote and workflow management tasks.
• Proactively building and nurturing strong relationships with our key customers through strategic marketing and engagement.

Requirements
