As a System Administrator, you will serve as a vital member of our infrastructure team, balancing technical operations with proactive user support to help us scale our internal processes and innovate with new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and secure our Mac-based technical infrastructure across our local office in Lohne and our remote environments.
- Oversee network integrity by managing firewalls, security protocols, and robust authentication services.
- Manage the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices using Apple Business Manager and MDM solutions like Kandji or Jamf.
- Administer and automate our SaaS stack, including Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian tools.
- Act as the primary technical contact for escalated helpdesk tickets, providing patient and effective support to colleagues.
- Develop IT process automations using tools like Workato, N8N, or Zapier and explore the integration of AI tools to improve workflows.
Must-haves
- A completed vocational qualification in an IT-related field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration.
- At least two years of professional experience in system administration or a similar infrastructure role.
- Strong proficiency in the Mac and iOS ecosystem, including user permission management and identity provider services.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on building secure, efficient processes.
- A collaborative, approachable mindset that makes you a reliable partner for team members across all departments.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Nice-to-haves
- Deep technical expertise with Kandji or Jamf, Okta or Auth0, and Ubiquiti networking hardware.
- Experience with automation platforms like Workato, N8N, or Zapier.
- Proficiency in managing Google Workspace and Microsoft Office environments.
