The role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a focus on Logistics to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that is fully remote. You will be the go-to expert for our users, helping them navigate our ERP system and solving complex challenges in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Core responsibilities
- Use your expertise in logistics and fulfillment to provide high-quality support to our customers and internal team members.
- Ensure the quality of all ticket responses, maintaining both technical accuracy and professional communication standards across the logistics support team.
- Collaborate directly with our product team to identify common user pain points and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our fulfillment features.
Skills and experience
- Practical experience with logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Hands-on experience as a user or system administrator with ERP or CRM systems, such as JTL-Wawi, actindo, odoo, Navision, or Billbee.
- Previous experience in a B2B support environment.
- Fluency in both English (C1) and German (C2).
- A passion for problem-solving and clear, effective communication with customers via tickets and video calls.
