We are Xentral, an established tech startup backed by prominent investors like Sequoia Capital and Visionaries Club. Our mission is to define a new category of SaaS solutions that empower entrepreneurs and e-commerce vendors to automate their resource planning. By making business software simple, powerful, and accessible, we allow our clients to focus on what truly matters: growing their businesses. We operate as a remote-first organization with a diverse, international team representing 32 nationalities across Europe, and we are currently looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive our growth.

Key outcomes

  • Manage the initial stages of our outbound sales process, including research, outreach, lead qualification, and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, partner management, and account executive teams to ensure a seamless lead pipeline.
  • Prioritize incoming leads from various channels and maintain high responsiveness to potential customers.
  • Identify target companies and key stakeholders, building effective outreach lists and executing multi-channel sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to assess client needs, system landscapes, and urgency, ensuring qualified handovers to our account executives.
  • Maintain high data integrity within HubSpot by documenting all activities, tracking lead status, and refining our messaging based on market feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in lead qualification and new customer acquisition, ideally within the SaaS, ERP, or process automation sectors.
  • A solid understanding of complex ERP purchasing processes, including multi-stakeholder environments, system integrations, and long decision cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage decision-makers professionally and guide them through the sales process.
  • A structured approach to work, with a strong emphasis on consistent follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
  • A performance-driven mindset, using data and metrics to track progress and a willingness to leverage coaching to improve results.

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on experience working with HubSpot.
