The opportunity
As our Demand Generation Lead, you will take full ownership of the strategy and execution that turns market interest into qualified demand. This is a high-impact, senior role where you will manage a seven-figure advertising budget and work directly with our leadership team. You will lead a talented group of specialists and serve as the architect of our growth, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into measurable revenue. A day in the life
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our campaigns across paid channels like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, moving from high-level strategy to hands-on optimization.
- You will lead and mentor a team of four specialists focused on content, events, geo-targeting, and marketing automation to help them grow their professional capabilities.
- You will analyze performance data to identify new growth opportunities, reporting your findings to senior management and refining our approach to ensure we are actively creating demand rather than just capturing it.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within the SaaS sector. You have a proven track record of scaling operations in fast-paced environments and know exactly how to balance strategic planning with tactical execution. You possess deep technical expertise in performance marketing tools, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Because we operate as an international team with a strong focus on the DACH region, you are fluent in both German and English. Most importantly, you are a collaborative leader who enjoys working across departments like sales and revenue operations to improve conversion rates and strengthen the entire customer journey.
