The opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager, Change Management to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will act as both a program and change manager, taking the lead on designing, building, and implementing our IT change management program. You will be responsible for governing core processes, facilitating change control meetings, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This position requires you to manage multiple large-scale efforts simultaneously, from the initial planning stages through to final closure. You will be a key influencer, often working alongside senior leadership to align project teams and ensure that our internal processes remain agile, accurate, and effective.

A day in the life

• You will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align perfectly with our company vision, mission, and culture.
• You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, project managers, and various stakeholders to identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure everyone is committed to our change initiatives.
• You will design and deliver interventions, such as training, coaching, and clear communication plans, to ensure that new processes are adopted and sustained across the company.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for driving organizational success through structured change. You bring a strong background in IT or software engineering environments and possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT or software engineering setting.
• A deep understanding of change management frameworks such as Prosci or Kotter.
• Familiarity with industry-standard control frameworks like SOC or ISO27001, along with a fundamental grasp of cloud computing practices.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without needing formal authority.
• A demonstrated track record of delivering successful change outcomes and realizing tangible benefits for your organization.
