What you bring
As a Senior level Restaurant Manager working in a Full Time capacity, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. While this role is Remote, you will maintain a constant pulse on our service standards and team performance from Anywhere. Your core responsibilities include the following:
- Leading the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process to build a high-performing team.
- Managing front-of-house staff schedules, payroll reporting, and labor cost controls.
- Collaborating closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who possesses deep expertise in hospitality management and operational systems. You should have a proven track record in inventory management, payroll administration, and staff training. Proficiency in English is required, and we value candidates who are organized, communicate effectively with owners and guests, and have a sharp eye for detail. You should be comfortable managing POS systems and developing policies that improve overall service standards.
