About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Revenue team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our mid-market clients, helping them navigate our platform to meet their unique strategic and technical needs. You will partner closely with our Sales, Implementation, and Success teams to design and deliver compelling technical solutions that drive merchant growth. This position reports directly to the Manager of Solutions Engineering and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Merchant Success: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and create tailored, scalable solutions that align with their specific technical requirements.
• Deliver Sales Excellence: Support the sales process by conducting demos, managing technical evaluations, and translating complex requirements into actionable insights.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Work alongside Implementation Specialists to ensure a seamless roadmap, maintaining momentum and accountability from the initial design through the final product launch.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SaaS and ecommerce environments.
• Strong technical fluency, including experience with APIs, SQL, and scripting languages such as Python or Ruby.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical strategies.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience in building repeatable frameworks and documentation to improve team efficiency and operational scale.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive total compensation package with a base pay range of $83,078 to $138,463 USD. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our discretionary bonus plan. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
