The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in France, where you will lead the strategy and execution of our AI-driven products. You will act as the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world medical needs, ensuring our solutions are both impactful and scalable.
Core responsibilities
- Define the product vision: You will establish a long-term roadmap for our AI initiatives, contributing to our OKRs and ensuring all development efforts align with our strategic goals.
- Drive product impact: You will work closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and medical experts to scope, explore, and deliver AI features that solve genuine problems for healthcare providers.
- Lead M&A efforts: You will analyze the competitive landscape and identify potential partnerships or acquisition targets within the HealthTech and AI sectors to accelerate our growth.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of product management, specifically regarding machine learning and AI features. You need to be comfortable collaborating with technical teams and possess a genuine curiosity about innovations like GenAI, LLMs, and NLP. Because our primary user base is French-speaking, proficiency in French is required, alongside English fluency. While not mandatory, experience in the HealthTech industry or a background as a data scientist or machine learning engineer would be a significant advantage.
