- At least 2 years of professional experience in sales or field work, ideally within the B2B sector.
- Strong skills in lead generation and pitching.
- High energy, a genuine passion for sales, and a professional, positive demeanor.
- An entrepreneurial mindset paired with excellent organizational skills and a focus on results.
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher.
- A valid Class B driver's license.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working within the healthcare or e-health sector.
Compensation
We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being. This includes:
- Medical insurance with extensive additional coverage.
- A generous paid time off policy, starting at 28 days and increasing with your tenure.
- Access to our mental wellness budget, featuring coaching sessions and support through external partners.
- A company car for your field responsibilities.
- Flexible working arrangements and support for caregivers or employees with disabilities.
- Regular company retreats to foster team connection.
How to apply
If you are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to submit your application. Our interview process begins with a brief remote conversation with our talent team, followed by a deeper discussion with the hiring manager.
