We are currently looking for a passionate Account Executive to join our team in Germany on a full-time basis. If you are driven by sales and enjoy building strong, lasting relationships with clients in the field, we invite you to help us drive our growth and shape the future of healthcare.

Key outcomes

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to final contract signature.
  • Take ownership of regional growth by meeting revenue targets and maintaining high activity levels.
  • Acquire new medical clients independently, acting as a consultant to analyze their needs and demonstrate the value of our platform.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to track your performance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales or field work, ideally within the B2B sector.
  • Strong skills in lead generation and pitching.
  • High energy, a genuine passion for sales, and a professional, positive demeanor.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset paired with excellent organizational skills and a focus on results.
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher.
  • A valid Class B driver's license.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience working within the healthcare or e-health sector.
