Our technology team builds innovative features that simplify the daily lives of both patients and care providers. We operate in agile feature teams, working closely with design, business, and engineering colleagues to deliver meaningful impact. We are currently looking for an Analytics Engineering Manager to join our team in France on a full-time basis, where you will lead a group of 6 to 7 engineers within our product domain.
Key outcomes
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 to 7 analytics engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end data pipeline, covering everything from initial extraction to final publication.
- Define our technical roadmap to ensure it remains aligned with broader product and technology objectives.
- Partner with Data Product Managers to iterate on our data products and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with our machine learning and data platform teams to maintain a reliable, stable, and high-performing technical stack.
- Cultivate a strong team culture that prioritizes customer needs and maintains high engineering standards.
- Stay involved in technical work through code reviews, grooming sessions, and design reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and leading analytics engineering teams, with a preference for backgrounds in product software development or product analytics.
- A solid technical foundation with expertise in data visualization, transformation, and extraction.
- A deep understanding of product-oriented development approaches.
- A passion for innovation and solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in both English and French.
