At Doctolib, our mission is to improve healthcare access for everyone. Our Product Knowledge and Selfcare team is dedicated to providing the best user experience in Europe by creating and maintaining essential support resources, including FAQs, ebooks, and video tutorials. These tools empower our users to navigate our products and features with complete autonomy. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate individual to join us in supporting both healthcare professionals and patients by reducing contact rates through clear, accessible content.
The role
We are seeking a Junior Assistant Content Manager to join our team for a 12-month internship. This is a hybrid role based in Levallois-Perret, France, starting in September or October 2024. You will work closely with our Selfcare France manager and collaborate across various product teams to ensure our documentation remains a cornerstone of the user experience.
Core responsibilities
- Draft high-quality FAQ articles in both French and English to provide clear, actionable explanations of our product features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align our content with user training needs and contribute to the ongoing refinement of our brand voice.
- Analyze user contact data and performance KPIs to identify improvement areas, implement action plans, and boost the overall impact of our support resources.
Skills and experience
We value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if your background does not perfectly match every point below. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Impeccable writing skills in both French and English.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of organization and structure.
- A user-first approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience or interest in product management, ideally gained through studies in communication, marketing, or journalism.
Compensation and benefits
We support our team members with a comprehensive environment designed for growth and well-being:
- A thorough onboarding program, including the Doctolib Academy and ongoing training for soft and technical skills.
- A flexible hybrid work policy.
- Access to wellness resources through our partner, Moka.care.
- Solidarity Days, offering two days of volunteering per year to support health-focused associations.
- A Swile card for dining, plus subsidies for sports clubs or other leisure activities.
- Collaborative office spaces designed for comfort and productivity.
How to apply
If you are ready to contribute to a mission that impacts healthcare access for all, we would love to hear from you. Our recruitment process includes an initial HR interview, an operational discussion with our Selfcare France manager, and a practical case study presented to our leadership team. Please submit your application to be considered for this opportunity.
