The role
We are looking for a dedicated Community Engagement Associate to join our team as an intern. This is an entry-level position designed for a student who is eager to learn and contribute to our user-centric strategy. You will work in a hybrid environment based in France, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our products and enhancing overall user satisfaction.
Core responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for our users by providing direct, high-quality responses to their inquiries and collaborating with internal departments to solve complex issues.
- Monitor online activity and moderate our community platforms to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
- Develop and execute an editorial strategy, which includes creating engaging content and articles to foster deeper connections within our community.
