We are on a mission to provide the best user experience in Europe, and our Product Knowledge and Selfcare team is at the heart of that effort. We create and maintain essential support resources like FAQs, ebooks, and video tutorials to help our users navigate our products with complete independence. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us in France to help launch new features and support our healthcare professionals and patients.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Junior Assistant Content Manager to join our team for a 12-month internship. This is a hybrid role based in Levallois-Perret, where you will work closely with our Selfcare France manager to ensure our users have the guidance they need. You will be an integral part of our product development cycle, collaborating across various teams to refine our content strategy.
What will you do?
- Write high-quality FAQ articles in both French and English to provide clear, accessible explanations for our product features.
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure our documentation serves as a reliable foundation for user training and education.
- Analyze user feedback and contact trends to identify areas for improvement, then use KPI analysis to measure the impact of your projects and implement effective solutions.
What makes you a great fit?
We value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if your background does not perfectly match every point below. You will be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- Impeccable writing skills in both French and English.
- A positive attitude, a strong team spirit, and a highly organized approach to your work.
- A user-first mindset and the ability to work autonomously while proposing new ideas.
- Previous experience or interest in project management, ideally while pursuing studies in communication, marketing, or journalism.
What's in it for you?
We are committed to your professional development and personal well-being. Joining our team means you will have access to:
- A comprehensive onboarding program, including the Doctolib Academy and ongoing training sessions for soft skills, technical abilities, and languages.
- A flexible work environment that supports a hybrid schedule.
- Wellness resources through our partnership with Moka.care.
- Support for your physical health and leisure activities through a committee grant.
- Access to our office facilities, which include collaborative spaces and dining options via a Swile card.
- The opportunity to participate in Solidarity Days, allowing for two days of volunteering per year to support healthcare-related associations.
