We are looking for an Assistant Content Manager to join our Product Knowledge and Selfcare team in France. Our mission is to provide the best user experience in Europe by creating and maintaining support resources like FAQs, ebooks, and video tutorials that empower healthcare professionals and patients to use our products independently.
Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality FAQ articles in both French and English to explain product features clearly.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure our content serves as a strong foundation for user training.
- Refine our editorial guidelines and brand voice.
- Work with Product Marketing teams to increase traffic to our help resources.
- Analyze user contact data and gather field feedback to create content that addresses real user challenges.
- Track project performance using KPIs and implement actionable improvements.
- Participate in broader, cross-functional projects across our international product teams.
Must-haves
- Excellent writing and editorial skills in both French and English.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A strong focus on user experience.
- Strong organizational and structural skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in project management.
