We are looking for an Assistant Content Manager to join our Product Knowledge and Selfcare team in France on an internship basis. Our mission is to provide the best user experience in Europe by creating and maintaining support resources like FAQs, ebooks, and video tutorials that empower healthcare professionals and patients to use our products independently.
Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality FAQ articles in both French and English to explain our product features clearly.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure our content serves as a solid foundation for user training.
- Help refine our brand voice and editorial guidelines.
- Partner with Product Marketing teams to increase traffic to our FAQ pages.
- Analyze contact drivers and work with field teams to create content that addresses specific user challenges.
- Monitor project performance using KPI analysis and implement actionable improvements.
- Participate in broader, cross-functional projects across our international product teams.
Must-haves
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of team collaboration.
- Ability to work autonomously and bring new ideas to the table.

- Strong organizational and structural skills.
