What you'll be doing
- You will act as a primary engineering leader, setting the security roadmap and ensuring our systems meet both company requirements and rigorous industry standards.
- You will integrate security directly into our development workflows by leveraging automation, infrastructure as code, and advanced cloud security scanning techniques.
- You will drive collaboration across our engineering, IT, and compliance teams to maintain alignment on security policies while acting as a hands-on expert in integrating security tools into our CI pipelines.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep technical background and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience leading cybersecurity programs, specifically focused on securing large-scale cloud applications and infrastructure.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working within the AWS ecosystem.
- Expertise in security infrastructure, including identity and access management, SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code frameworks like Terraform and automation scripting using Python or Bash.
- Strong knowledge of security compliance requirements, such as GDPR, and experience managing incident response and bug bounty programs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, paired with a humble, empathetic approach to teamwork.
- A genuine passion for the outdoors and a belief in building teams founded on trust and autonomy.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Kubernetes, GCP, and integrating security tools into CI/CD workflows using GitHub.
