We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager, DevOps to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, where team members in the San Francisco Bay Area are encouraged to visit the office one day each week.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a dedicated team of engineers focused on scaling our service-oriented architecture.
Coordinate and participate in hands-on technical work across our DevOps, security, IT, and release management functions.
Manage our cloud cost strategies while overseeing code quality, monitoring standards, and best practices for our infrastructure.

Requirements

At least 2 to 3 years of experience leading a DevOps team, plus 5 or more years of programming experience with languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
Strong technical background in AWS services like EKS, EC2, and RDS, alongside deep proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to foster career growth, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to a culture free of ego.
