We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our talented team and help shape the future of how our users connect with nature.
Responsibilities
- Develop best-in-class product and brand experiences that maintain the highest quality standards.
- Identify strategic product opportunities and gaps to influence our long-term roadmap.
- Lead stakeholder reviews and manage the prioritization of feedback.
- Design and ship impactful features across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data teams to define project requirements and scope.
- Mentor and coach fellow designers while contributing to the evolution of our design system.
- Advocate for user needs and maintain a high bar for design quality through active feedback loops.
- Foster a positive and collaborative culture within our tight-knit design team.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of professional experience researching, designing, and shipping consumer-facing products for mobile and web.
- Strong expertise in UX, visual design, and interaction design.
- Proven ability to turn complex problems into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and user testing platforms.
- Experience using research and metrics to inform and evolve design decisions.
- A self-motivated approach to managing end-to-end design, from initial concepts to post-launch assessment.
- A deep passion for the outdoors and helping others explore nature.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design work is required for consideration.
