Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class product and brand experiences that maintain the highest quality standards.
• Identify strategic product opportunities and gaps to influence our long-term roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and manage the prioritization of feedback.
• Design and ship impactful features across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data teams to define project requirements and scope.
• Mentor and coach fellow designers while contributing to the evolution of our design system.
• Advocate for user needs and maintain a high bar for design quality through active feedback loops.
• Foster a positive and collaborative culture within our tight-knit design team.

Must-haves

• At least 7 years of professional experience researching, designing, and shipping consumer-facing products for mobile and web.
• Strong expertise in UX, visual design, and interaction design.
• Proven ability to turn complex problems into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and user testing platforms.
• Experience using research and metrics to inform and evolve design decisions.
• A self-motivated approach to managing end-to-end design, from initial concepts to post-launch assessment.
• A deep passion for the outdoors and helping others explore nature.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design work is required for consideration.
