The opportunity
We are searching for a seasoned SEO Product Manager to join our Product Growth team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our organic user growth, sitting at the vital intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering. You will influence our product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure our site structure and content are optimized for search. Your work will directly shape how millions of people discover the trails they love, making you a key player in our continued success.
A day in the life
- You will own our comprehensive SEO strategy, conducting technical audits and monitoring key performance metrics to drive sustainable organic growth.
- You will partner with our engineering and design teams to execute high-velocity product experiments, ensuring our site architecture and content are perfectly tuned for search engines.
- You will act as an internal SEO ambassador, conducting competitive research and managing our suite of SEO tools to identify high-value opportunities and share best practices across the organization.
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience working alongside product and engineering teams to deliver impactful SEO results. You possess a deep understanding of technical growth levers, including schema, site structure, and international SEO tactics. You are comfortable navigating data to make informed decisions, and you have a knack for influencing stakeholders who may have varying levels of SEO expertise. You are a resourceful problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, and you communicate fluently in English.
