Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Discovery team. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will play a key role in shaping how our global community finds their next adventure, ensuring our product remains a best-in-class tool for discovery and exploration.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy by synthesizing market research, customer feedback, and business goals alongside our Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
- Lead the development of features focused on personalization, search, and recommendations to ensure every user finds the perfect trail at the right time.
- Define clear success metrics and maintain a product roadmap that aligns cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership toward our long-term vision.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience building high-quality, consumer-facing products that users love.
- Expert communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at the executive level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a proven ability to run and learn from multivariate experiments.
- A deep passion for the outdoors and a strong user experience sensibility.
- Fluency in English.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action and a hands-on approach to product development.
