We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Communications Associate to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help amplify our brand through earned media and affiliate programs, ensuring our mission reaches even more adventurers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture affiliate relationships, which includes active recruitment, outreach, and performance reporting to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute compelling brand narratives by engaging with media partners, agencies, and affiliates to share our unique story.
- Coordinate across internal marketing teams to produce high-quality brand resources, including content creation, data analysis, and the planning of press events.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, specifically within the fields of public relations or affiliate marketing.
- Exceptional editorial and journalistic writing skills, paired with a deep understanding of the current media landscape.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel, and a proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment.
- A genuine passion for the outdoors and a collaborative mindset that allows you to influence and build relationships across various teams.
- Familiarity with creative and organizational tools like Figma is highly valued.
