At Tia, we are redefining the standard for women’s healthcare by treating individuals as whole people rather than a collection of separate life stages or conditions. By combining primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness into a seamless virtual and in-person experience, we are lowering costs and improving outcomes for our patients. We are a Series D, venture-backed organization currently supporting over 120,000 women, and we are looking for a creative, data-driven professional to join our Growth Team and help us expand our organic social footprint.
What is this role?
We are seeking an Organic Social Media & Community Specialist to join us on a remote, independent contractor basis. This is a junior-level opportunity, ideally suited for someone with at least one year of experience, who is eager to take ownership of our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will start at approximately 10 hours per week, with the expectation that this will grow to 15 to 20 hours as you settle into the rhythm of our team.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute our organic social calendar, ensuring that our content strategy aligns with our broader Growth Team goals and email campaigns.
- Manage the full creative production cycle, from scripting and filming to editing short-form videos and writing engaging social copy.
- Oversee our community engagement by responding to messages and comments, while using social listening tools to identify trends and audience questions that inform our future content.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a storyteller who understands how to use data to refine your creative output. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualifications:
- At least one year of professional experience managing organic social media channels, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to script, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics for tracking performance and UTM tagging.
- A strong background in community moderation and using audience feedback to guide content strategy.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to drive tangible results, such as follower growth, increased engagement, or higher site traffic.
What's in it for you?
This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the chance to make a visible impact on how a mission-driven healthcare company connects with its community. You will have the autonomy to own your creative work from concept to publication. The compensation for this contract position ranges from $30 to $40 per hour.
