Hanwha Q CELLS USA Corp is a global leader in renewable energy, specializing in the development, investment, and delivery of solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage projects across North America. We are looking for an EPC Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive our utility-scale business by supporting the sales of PV modules and engineering, procurement, and construction services.
Responsibilities
- Assist the designated salesperson with quote preparation, order processing, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, generate reports, and provide actionable feedback to the sales team and management.
- Develop a deep understanding of our solar products and EPC services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet sales targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer challenges that arise during the sales cycle.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to support our broader business objectives.
- Analyze market dynamics to identify new opportunities and needs.
Must-haves
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience within the solar or EPC industries.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Full proficiency in productivity software, specifically Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- The ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Nice-to-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Background working with tier-1 solar module manufacturers or top-tier EPC companies.
