What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Embedded CX Enablement Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will work closely with our partners as they prepare to launch their own payroll customer support functions, ensuring they have the guidance and tools needed to succeed.
What will you do?
- Lead partner-facing project management during onboarding and implementation phases, maintaining strong relationships even after the initial go-live.
- Develop comprehensive toolkits and playbooks that empower our partners to maintain high standards of support for their own customers.
- Facilitate live training sessions to ensure partners have a firm grasp of payroll concepts and the CX systems required to support their end-users effectively.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of experience leading teams in a partner-facing or customer support capacity within a SaaS environment. You should be comfortable navigating complex challenges and possess a strong sense of ownership. We value candidates who are eager to learn and adapt, especially when it comes to understanding how our partners integrate with our APIs. Key qualifications include:
- Proven expertise in project and program management.
- Fluency in CRM and task management systems, such as Salesforce.
- Strong core payroll knowledge, with tax agency and filing experience being a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset that enjoys building for scale while providing deep support to individual partners.
