What you bring
As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for our go-to-market campaigns. This full-time role is based in the United States and operates in a hybrid capacity. You will be a key player in our marketing organization, utilizing your expertise in CRM, Digital Marketing, and Growth Marketing to drive meaningful results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all go-to-market initiatives, defining the messaging strategy across our owned channels.
- Managing programs from start to finish by collaborating with cross-functional partners, creating detailed project briefs, and ensuring analytics are in place to measure success.
- Overseeing the trafficking and optimization of in-product marketing content to improve customer engagement, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing who possesses a strong analytical mindset. You should be highly proficient in data analysis, specifically with Excel or Google Sheets, and have a solid grasp of customer segmentation and deliverability standards. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and has a proven track record of managing omnichannel programs. A bachelor’s degree is required, and while not mandatory, experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or Salesforce is highly valued.
What we offer
