The opportunity
We are seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team and report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, you will be the architect of our enterprise marketing strategy, focusing on high-impact campaigns that generate quality leads for our sales organization. You will partner closely with our sales development and account executive teams to build a robust pipeline, shorten sales cycles, and increase the average contract value within our ideal customer profile. This is a chance to shape the growth of a category-leading infrastructure provider while working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including account-based marketing, paid advertising, webinars, and industry events.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Tax Research, to craft messaging that resonates deeply with our target audience.
- You will analyze funnel performance and conversion metrics to refine our approach, ensuring every campaign is optimized for ROI and lead quality.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within the FinTech, HRTech, or API-first sectors. You possess a growth mindset and a proven track record of building successful sales pipelines. You are comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite, Outreach, and Slack. You are a clear, succinct communicator who thrives on data and analytics, yet you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You bring a builder's mentality and a bias for speed to everything you do.
