What you'll be doing

• You will design and deploy custom AI-driven solutions by collaborating with internal teams to identify workflows and address specific productivity pain points.
• You will manage and maintain our core IT infrastructure, which includes configuring hardware, monitoring system performance, and ensuring robust security and disaster recovery protocols.
• You will partner with engineers and designers to integrate AI tools into our existing systems while leading training sessions to help your colleagues effectively adopt new technologies.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT infrastructure and a passion for emerging technologies. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, specifically using Python and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes within AWS and Azure environments.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building AI-centric products using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• A deep understanding of network protocols, including routing and firewalls.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies like VMWare and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Depending on your location, the cash compensation is targeted at $150,000/yr to $165,000/yr for Denver and most remote locations, or $180,000/yr to $200,000/yr if you are based in New York, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to your salary, you will receive stock equity.
